* For each ACCEPTED paper, before Sep 30 (Early Bird), before Oct 30 (Late Registration), at least one of the paper authors MUST register (Author Registration) and perform Oral (live by Zoom Tool) presentation NOV 25-26. After Oct 30 23:59 (GMT3) non registered Paper-Authors will be set to NO-SHOW status; (not included in the Virtual Event Final Program and not in Xplore Library).
* Only payed Author registered papers will be included in the Conference Program, available EDAS final paper PDF upload, and to IEEE Xplore Digital Library after the conference (No-Show papers, nor Slides/Oral presentation will be excluded from Xplore).
* Each Author Registration allows the presentation of up to THREE papers.
